Homey Deck
Our first suggestion is to make a homey and cozy space for your friends and family to get together. An area to put a table and chairs with a grill is always a great way to bring your backyard to the next level. As shown in the picture above, this homeowner in Shrewsbury, MA wanted to do just that with their deck. This deck features the decking color Saddle, a Trex Select Earth Tones option. Also, we put Trex black aluminum railings that match great with the feel of this deck.
Outdoor Privacy
We understand that some homeowners want privacy even in outdoor living spaces. One of our recent deck installations in Leominster, MA features two fences on either side of the deck. The deck fences help when your home is in a thickly settled area, but you still want a little privacy when outside. This deck also features Trex foggy wharf boards included in the Trex Enhance Naturals package. The railings for this deck are Trex Signature Classic White with black aluminum balusters.
Pool Deck
Putting a deck around an in-ground or above-ground pool can make it even more valuable. A Southborough deck project shows a wrap-around deck on an above-ground pool. This deck features vintage lantern boards included in the Trex Transcend Earth Tones. The railings are treehouse, which is a Trex Transcend option, with vintage lantern balusters.
Outdoor Hangout
Our last suggestion for this blog post is an outdoor hangout spot. This deck built in Bolton, MA was one of our most fun projects. This is a great example of an outdoor hang-out spot with a fireplace and outdoor furniture. Also, there is an inground pool which the deck compliments well. This deck features gravel path boards from the Trex Transcend Natures package for the main, and island mist boards from the Trex Transcend Earth Tones for the bi-level which is. The railings are fiberon white railings from the Trex signature package.
